Detailed Description

1. Vaccum Mixer

Vacuum mixer can make sure from mix to extrude in a vacuum environment, in this vacuum environment, water and flour can be fully mixed and modify the gluten reticular structure, which can improve the internal structure and outside appearance.

2. Vacuum Extruder

The extrusion of the raw material is a very critical step, and the continuous vacuum extrusion technology is used to control the speed of the main motor, cutter motor and feed motor by means of a frequency converter.

3. Pasta mold
Imported from Italy, use special material, make sure the final product has a very smoothy side from Vacuum extruder.
4. Dryer
We have long time constant temperature and humidity dryer, in the dryer, we have temperature and humidity automatic accuracy control, keep the pasta in constant when drying, our drying time is 5 hours which is also necessary.

Equipment Features

Main Features:

1. Designed according to Italy PAVAN technology, the molds are imported from Italy.
2. Vacuum kneading, water and flour can be fully mixed, using vacuum degassing method; and continuous operation.
3. The vacuum extrusion system makes the surface of the product free of bubbles and has a strong taste.
4. Quick change of die and cutting system; can produce long and short sides
5. Drying system with static drying box; with automatic moisture removal, automatic collection, drainage system, drying time (according to different products) 6-12 hours.
6. Customers can make any combination: produce different products with cheaper equipment prices
7. The drying system can use steam heating or electric heating.
8. Production labor per shift: 1-2 people for the main engine, 2 people for delivery and handling, 1 person for drying and testing management; 5 people are required to produce 10-12 tons of finished products per day.
