Fried cheetos kurkure niknak processing line can use corn grits instead of the powder material to produce the irregular stick sanack. This extruder is specially designed with one screw only for such cheetos, kurkure, or niknak. After shaped from extruder, the products will be sent into the rotary sifter to take down extra grits sticky on the surface. The waste grits can be collected and used again as raw materials. So this processing line can lower down the production cost. After fried and flavored, the final cheetos or kurkure will be more tasty and crispy.

Introduction to the main functions of each equipment on the production line:
1. Mixer: Mix the raw materials required for production with a certain amount of water thoroughly and evenly. This production line mainly uses corn residue as the main raw material.
2. Spiral extractor: The raw materials mixed by the powder mixer are transported to the feeding hopper of the extruder. The use of spiral rods to transport the materials can ensure uniform, stable, and not easy to spill. The spiral rods can also perform secondary mixing of the raw materials.
3. Extruder: The SMT extruder is used to produce products, and the raw materials are squeezed and rubbed on the rotary table of the extruder to produce irregular twisted strip shaped materials.
4. Z-type conveyor: Conveys the produced products to the next equipment, and the height of the conveyor can be adjusted.
5. Rotary separator: Rotates and separates the transported products. Through this step, products with sizes and shapes that do not meet standards can be separated to ensure product quality.
6. Elevator: Transport the selected products to the fryer, and the height of the elevator can be freely adjusted according to the height of the fryer.
7. Oil curtain fryer: Adopting an automated frying system, it is easy to control temperature and fry evenly, making the product taste rich and crispy and delicious. Our company also has various configurations of fryers, which can be customized according to needs.
8. Vibration degreaser: removes excess oil from fried products through high-frequency vibration, ensuring a non greasy taste.
9. Seasoning Line: The product after oil removal is seasoned here, with a variety of flavors that can be determined according to production needs. Our company has a variety of seasoning equipment configurations, such as drum seasoning machines, spraying lines, oil spray seasoning lines, etc.
10. Cooling conveyor: Cool the seasoned product and transport it for packaging.
